This Privacy Policy describes how Carepoint LLC (“Carepoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operator of the Navo product at navocrm.com, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or use Navo.

1. Information we collect
- Account and profile data provided by you or your agency (name, email, phone, role, organization).
- Customer / contact records you enter into Navo in the course of selling insurance (subject to your agency’s policies and applicable law).
- Communications metadata related to calls, SMS, and email initiated through Navo (timestamps, numbers, delivery status), and call recordings when enabled by your organization.
- Usage and device data such as log events, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and cookies or similar technologies needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and improve Navo.
- To authenticate users (including multi-factor authentication) and prevent abuse.
- To deliver communications you or your organization initiate (voice, SMS, email).
- To provide support, billing, and service notices.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. Text messaging (TCPA / A2P)
If you provide a mobile phone number to receive texts from Navo or from an agency using Navo, we use that number only to send messages related to the service or the agency’s permitted business communications. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Sharing
We share information with:
- Service providers who process data for us (hosting, authentication, telephony, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring) under contract.
- Your agency / organization administrators, as needed to operate Navo for that customer.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Your choices
- Update or delete certain account information through Navo or by contacting your agency admin / us.
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link (transactional/service messages may still be sent).
- Opt out of SMS as described above.
7. Children
Navo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
